Upcoming Art League of Bonita events

The Art League of Bonita Springs is currently offering a free 4-, 5-, or 6-week class to anyone who signs up as a new member through Oct. 1. It's that simple…become a new member by Oct. 1 and take a class free. Theater and dance

Prospective theater and dance students can come to the Center for the Arts to meet and become acquainted with instructors. Learn about the Art League's Dance Program and their newly expanded Theater Program. Classes begin the week of Sept. 9 so now is the time to register for the fall session. Classes are held weekday's after school and Saturdays. Bus Trips

The Art League of Bonita Springs continues to offer one-day bus trips to a variety of cultural sites throughout the state of Florida. All trips originate and end at the Center for the Arts. The $60 per person fee covers bus transportation and museum entry fees. The trips are open to the public.

An Evening With…

Another season of the successful series "An Evening With…" is just around the corner. These evening performance/lectures are designed to entertain with music, theater, and interesting speakers selected for their artistic flair. Sept. 14

Deadline for applications for the annual Fine Arts & Fine Crafts Holiday Extravaganza. This holiday bazaar extraordinaire is a great way for area artists and crafters to sell their work. In its 6th year and going strong. The Extravaganza is held the Saturday prior to Thanksgiving. ¦
