Catalina Isles quick move-in supply dwindles with popularity

Horton community in Fort Myers, has proven to be quite popular with buyers who are taking advantage of quick move-in homes. Only thirteen remain in the community, which will have 282 single-family homes at completion. The finished homes are loaded with upgrades and are being sold at tremendous values.

Choose from twelve Palermo series homes available for quick move-in. For example, a 1,920 square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath, one-story Albano with a pool is priced at just $397,990. A two-story Bardolino home with 2,338 square feet, four bedrooms and three baths is priced at only $340,760. A quick move-in two-story Cento with three bedrooms, and two-andone half baths is priced at low $357,757. A two-story Mistella model with three bedrooms, three baths, a den and a loft is priced at just $361,063. There are three other Palermo floor plans to select from with up to five bedrooms, three-and-onehalf baths, 3,054 air-conditioned square feet and pre-construction pricing in the high $300,000s.

Standard features in the pre-construction Palermo series include a two-car garage, Whirlpool® white appliances, Corian® countertops and custom-designed wood cabinets. Master baths include a cultured marble Roman rub with cultured marble vanity tops in all baths. Exterior esthetics include cement "S" type roof tiles, and paver driveway, entry, walkway and lanai (per plan). Interior features include raised panel doors, Mohawk® wall-to-wall carpeting and a large capacity Whirlpool® washer and dryer in the laundry room. Volume, tray and vaulted ceilings vary per plan.

Only one home is available for immediate occupancy in the luxury Sorrento series. The Giacosa is two stories with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a loft, a retreat and a three-car garage priced at just $541,073. The Sorrento series offer a total of six floor plans with pre-construction prices from the low $400,000s. Three, four or five bedroom plans are available with up to four-and-one half bathrooms and 4,340 air-conditioned square feet.

Turn left onto Six Mile Cypress, crossing over US 41 (Tamiami Trail); the road becomes Gladiolus. Turn left onto the Beaches/ Summerlin Road flyover and left again onto Winkler Road. Catalina Isles is 1.5 miles, on the left.
