America's First Home launches new line

America's First Home has launched its "Capital Series" line of homes in Lehigh Acres. One of the first lines of homes the company launched, the Capital Series homes have been built for years in Central Florida and more recently in the Arrowhead Reserve at Lake Trafford community in Immokalee. This is the first time they are available to Lehigh Acres customers. America's First Home will offer the Madison, the Lincoln and the Austin models, with prices starting at $186,900.

The Madison, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers 1,841 square feet of living space and 2,483 total square feet. Home features include volume ceilings, decorative accents, spacious rooms and a built-in tech center. The master suite has an oversized walk-in closet and the master bathroom is equipped with a separate garden tub and a walk-in shower.

The Lincoln is a three-bedroom, twobathroom split-plan home. The kitchen has abundant cabinets and countertop space, a center island and a spacious breakfast nook with a bay window. The great room and dining room have cathedral ceilings and plant shelves. The master bath features a walk-in closet, Roman tub and a double vanity.

The Austin, a four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, has 2,247 square feet of living space. Including the two-car garage, entry and covered porch, it offers 2,879 total square feet. Its master suite features a large bathroom with a garden tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, his and hers walk-in closets and a linen closet. The kitchen opens to a formal dining room and leads to the family room. The upstairs offers three bedrooms and a bathroom.

Capital Series construction features include solid-poured concrete walls for added durability. All major appliances and blinds are included. The home site is not included in the price.
