Office building now fully leased

The Renaissance Center in Fort Myers, developed by McGarvey Development, is now fully leased. The Renaissance Center in Fort Myers, developed by McGarvey Development, is now fully leased. McGarvey Development has fully leased the Renaissance Center, a threestory 65,000-square-foot Class A office building, located at 9530 Marketplace Road in Fort Myers.

The final 3,685 square feet of office space was leased to Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Kathleen Hart of Jones, Land & LaSalle, and Charles Jans of McGarvey Development negotiated the lease. Other tenants in the Renaissance Center include Ameriprise Financial Services, Encore Mortgage Solutions, Gulfshore Insurance, Junior Achievement, Larsen Allen, Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., Noble Title & Trust and Robert Half International. McGarvey Development's corporate headquarters occupies the top floor of the office building.

The Renaissance Center features a rich contemporary Mediterranean style, achieved through the use of wood, metals and natural stones. The conference rooms and lobby are accentuated by granite tables and counters and other top-quality finishes.
