McGarvey Development has fully leased the Renaissance Center, a threestory 65,000-square-foot Class A office building, located at 9530 Marketplace Road in Fort Myers. The final 3,685 square feet of office space was leased to Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Kathleen Hart of Jones, Land & LaSalle, and Charles Jans of McGarvey Development negotiated the lease. Stevens Construction Inc. has completed construction of a 5,250-square-foot addition to the B&I Contractors manufacturing facility, located at 2701 Prince Street in Fort Myers.
