MODEL ROW OPENS AT THE GROVE

Three new single-family models have opened in a Model Row at The Grove, a new D.R. Horton community located in Lehigh Acres. The decorated models are the first completed residences at The Grove where prices begin in the mid $200,000s.
The new models, which include the Everglade, the Glenwood and the Seneca, are in the Lantern Key series, a collection of seven floor plans. Each includes a two-car garage, laundry room, interior archways, art niches and planter shelves (per plan). Air-conditioned square footage ranges from 1,828 to 3,054.
Each of the models is a two-story plan. The Everglade, with 2,338 air-conditioned square feet, features three bedrooms, two baths and a second-floor bonus room for recreational space or a fourth bedroom. The Glenwood, with 2,510 air-conditioned square feet, is a four-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath home with a family room and breakfast area. Bedrooms are on the second floor including a master suite with dual walk-in closets and a fourth bedroom/sitting room option. The Seneca, at 2,715 air-conditioned square feet, is a three-bedroom, three-bath plan with options for two additional bedrooms in lieu of a first floor den and a second floor loft. It also has a formal foyer, separate breakfast room, and a family room.

Other two-story plans include the San Vito, which is the smallest at 2,058 air-conditioned square feet. It includes four bedrooms and three baths plus a family room. The Mesa, which encompasses 2,681 air-conditioned square feet, has four bedrooms with two-andone half baths plus a second-floor loft/fifth bedroom option. Largest is the Woodrush at 3,054 air-conditioned square feet with five bedrooms and three-and-one-half baths. All bedrooms, three bathrooms and a loft are on the second floor including a master suite with dual walk-in closets and water closets.

There are four one-story plans. The Bellini is the smallest, offering three bedrooms and two baths. The Ravenna also has three bedrooms and two baths; in addition it has a family room. The Aster includes three bedrooms and two baths with larger proportions and it also has a den option in lieu of a bedroom. The Dakota is the largest one-story home and has a family room and an island kitchen.
Standard are cement roof tiles and paver driveway, entryway, and walkway. Interior features include 16-inch ceramic floor tile, luxurious wall-to-wall carpet, a white appliance package including glass top range and a space-saver microwave oven, customdesigned wood kitchen cabinets, and a cultured marble Roman tub (per plan).
Residents will enjoy a planned community clubhouse featuring a fitness center, resortstyle heated pool, children's playground and a barbecue pavilion.
