Architect selected for school job

The School District of Lee County selected Odle McGuire Shook as architect and engineer of record for the upcoming renovation and improvement of Sunshine Elementary School in Lehigh Acres.

OMS, in association with Gulf Point Construction, will replace and add ceilings and lighting, power and data outlets, upgrade technology and improve return air ducts to ensure better air quality throughout the school.

"OMS is eager to improve this facility by integrating better lighting, technology and improved ventilation and air quality while increasing the energy efficiency of the building," said Kevin Token, executive vice president Odle McGuire Shook.
