FineMark to build new headquarters

FineMark National Bank & Trust will build its new corporate headquarters in Riverwalk at Whiskey Creek, located just north of College Parkway off of Winkler Road in Fort Myers.

In addition to housing its full array of banking and trust services and a drivethru for clients, the 20,000-square-foot, two-story building will contain FineMark's corporate offices.

Bruce Gora of Gora McGahey designed the building, and Owen-Ames-Kimball is the contractor. FineMark officials say they will break ground by May 2007 and complete construction by early 2008.
