Commercial building underway

Community Engineering Services has started work on Parker Business Center, a 5-acre planned development containing office and warehouse space in the Daniels Road corridor. Community Engineering Services is providing surveying, mapping, replatting, conceptual site planning, engineering site design, permitting and construction and certification services for the center, located at 3351 Pinto Lane. The contract was awarded by The Jack Parker Corporation. The center will have approximately 31,000 square feet of office space and 65,000 square feet of warehouse space.
