Bonita Bay reports sales hot

Bonita Bay Group reports that Bramble Pointe, a neighborhood of 41 detached villas by Pulte Homes in Grand Arbors at TwinEagles, is now more than 78 percent sold. Surrounded by lakes, nature preserves and the first fairway of the Gary Player-designed Aerie golf course, the neighborhood was introduced in June 2005. To date 32 of the 41

homes have sold.

Grand Arbors is the newest phase of TwinEagles, the 1,115-acre master-planned community being developed by Bonita Bay

Group in North Naples.

Bonita Bay Group also reported that Serata, a neighborhood of single-family homesites, is 53 percent sold. Serata is one of the last single-family home neighborhoods offered in Mediterra, the company's 1,697- acre master-planned community in North Naples. To date 19 of the neighborhood's 36 homesites have sold.

Homesites in Serata offer expansive lake views and prices start at $400,000.
