Bates Company purchased 2.52 acres within Coconut Trace, located at Coconut Road and US 41 in Estero, from Lynch Company for $3,659,856. Larry Foster, Bill Young and Tony Jablonski, all of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples, brokered the transaction.

Airgas-South, Inc. leased 10,000 SF of space in the Metro Distribution Center located at 3071 Warehouse Road in Fort Myers, from BLS Holdings, LLC. Bob Johnston, Jerry Messonnier, Derek Bornhorst, and Stan Stouder, CCIM, all of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples, brokered the transaction.
