Shell Factory getting facelift

The Shell Factory and Nature Park has purchased the contents of the historic pirate restaurant Brigands in Cape Coral. Seven truckloads of furnishings, nautical antiques and artifacts are being moved to Capt'n Fishbones Restaurant and the 60,000-square-foot Shell Factory. The purchase will enhance the nautical and pirate theme in the restaurant and Party House, said Shell Factory CEO Nancy Mitchell. The Shell Factory and Nature Park is scheduled to go through a facelift and expansion this summer. Currently the attraction's landmark sign is under going a complete refurbishment.
