Sands sells building

Moorestown, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company, has sold Unit 1, a 1,579+/- square foot office warehouse condo unit at Plantation Corporate Park located off of Plantation Rd., just north of Crystal Drive, to LF West, L.L.C. The owner paid $345,000 and will occupy the space. Paul Sands of VIP Commercial TCN Worldwide negotiated this transaction.
