Engle Homes' sales solid

Sales have neared 20 percent in the first phase of Engle Homes' newest gated Fort Myers community, Reflection Isles, located at the end of Palomino Lane, announced Bruce Hershey, director of sales and marketing.

Currently, 105 of 612 homes are under contract for sale in the first phase of the 290-acre community. At completion, Reflection Isles will include 120 twin villas, 226 executive homes, 90 estate homes, 176 townhomes, more than 40 acres of lakes and 107 acres of preserve in a park-like setting.

Homes in Reflection Isles range in size from 1,368 to 3,510 square feet of living area and have three to five bedrooms, two to three baths, open living areas, lanais and lake and preserve views. Prices range from the $200s to the $500s

Planned amenities include a lakefront 8,000-square-foot clubhouse with fitness center, billiards room, children's playground, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, swimming pool and natural wildlife corridors.

Engle's award-winning homes in Southwest Florida can be found in communities such as Reflection Lakes in Naples, Marbella at Spanish Wells in Bonita Springs, Cape Royal in Cape Coral and Reflection Isles and Reflection Key in Fort Myers.
