Preferred Community Bank has opened its first full-service branch in the Colonial Plaza Shopping Center, 4391 Colonial Blvd., Suite 124. Brooks & Freund has completed the construction of Villagio, a 70-acre condominium community located off of Three Oaks Parkway in Estero, near 1-75. The project includes 512 Tuscan-style condominiums ranging from 1,537 square feet to 2,169 square feet and the Villagio Centro, a community center. Full Story

Engineers finish restaurant
Community Engineering Services has completed work on Java Moon Café's first Florida restaurant, located at 8880 Sal Rose Lane, near the intersection of Appaloosa Lane and Daniels Parkway. The 5,080-square-foot restaurant is scheduled to open this month.
