Lehigh Acres
Wildfires consumed more than 270 acres in Lehigh Acres on Monday, March 26. Officials said the fire was manmade. No homes were lost to the blaze that began near Sixth and Seventh streets.
Last year, a 1,000-acre fire burned at least a dozen
homes.
